We had a fantastic time in Richmond for the Christmas holidays with the McCann family. After Christmas we then headed to Colonial Williamsburg for a post-holiday, rendez-vous with the Farmers, Aunt Hilda, and the Bracketts. It was pretty cool visiting a living museum, seeing the restored and reconstructed architecture, and of course the colonial attire of the people and decorations of the time. Cousin Ava and Christopher, I think, were more interested in playing in the snow. Adelaide, of course, was more interested in playing with Ava and Christopher.
